Payment Policy.
Tuition payments are not considered the fee for the month, but in 9 installments towards the annual tuition rate for the year based on 36 classes for the year. Payments are from September through May. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to payments not received by the 10th of the month. All accounts must be paid in full by June 1st, 2010 for participation in the recital. We do charge a $25 service fee on all returned checks. Preferred payment plan is to have your tuition and all other payments set up by electronic fund transfer, or charged to your credit card. This way no late charges will occur. Payments are taken out on the 4th of each month. If your child has a different last name than the person making the payment, please write the dancer's name on the check's memo line so that we can accurately credit the correct account. Invoices will not be mailed. Please look in your child's folder for recent invoices, newsletters, any correspondence

the 10th of December so I will not measure for costume. Each child is measured for their costume in December, and given room to grow.I must order this early as costume companies are very busy this time of year and it takes any where from 6-12 weeks to receive costumes. If there are problems it will take as long to get them sent back and exchanged. The cost of costumes increases each year, but so does the quality.I try very hard to find costumes that have no or minimal sewing required .

Recital Fee, due March 1st, will be $40.00 for 1st family member. Add $5.00 for each additional family member.
Extra tickets will be $10.00. The cost of the auditorium goes up every year. You will not be permitted to dance in recital if any money is due, including late fees.

Every student will get a yearly award the last lesson before recital.
